Elaina Wright (she/her) is the Training Delivery Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Training of Trainers and NAMI National program leader trainings. Elaina joined NAMI National in February of 2022 having come from a local affiliate, NAMI Montgomery County PA. Prior to her work with NAMI, Elaina spent 14 years working in various capacities for a local mental health agency that offered outpatient services for both children and adults. She is currently finishing up her Interdisciplinary Social Sciences degree with concentrations in Sociology and Criminology at the University of South Florida and remains committed to bringing an intersectional approach to all areas of her work and volunteer work.
