This session equips NAMI leaders with the tools and connections needed to navigate the organization effectively and grow in their roles. It's organized around three core areas. Participants will learn to locate key tools, resources, and information on NAMInet, including where to find program-specific and leadership resources. The session also covers practical tips for using NAMInet efficiently, helping leaders find what they need with less time and effort. Next, participants will learn the distinction between Leader Training and Training of Trainers (TT), and walk through how to find, sign up for, and qualify for available trainings. Participants will leave with strategies for making the most of NAMI's training offerings to strengthen their skills and support their roles. Lastly participants will be able to understand how to use NAMI resources to  build relationships across the NAMI Alliance, providing participants with the skills to reach out to fellow leaders, identifying the right contact for a given question or need, and finding leaders with relevant program experience.
