Hildie Cohen, MEd, MA, is a Senior Research Director in the Health Sciences Department at NORC at the University of Chicago with over 10 years of experience in training and evaluation. Ms. Cohen brings subject matter expertise in suicide and substance use prevention and intervention as well as other mental health concerns with a focus on adolescents and young adults. She directs several training, technical assistance, and evaluation projects that help organizations and institutions implement substance use and suicide prevention programs in the field. She currently serves as a Program Manager for NAMI Support Groups Evaluation project where she facilitated an Advisory Group of NAMI Support Group Program Leaders and participants in addition to managing project deliverables. Ms. Cohen has a Master’s in Sociology from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Education in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
