Diana Dudley (she/her) serves as Manager, Youth and Young Adult Initiatives and brings over a decade of experience in youth engagement, mentorship and non-profit program development. In her role, she oversees NAMI NextGen, NAMI National's young adult advisory council. NAMI Next Gen is comprised of a diverse group of 12 young adults who represent young people across the country and infuse youth voice and lived experience to NAMI's work. Diana is passionate about uplifting the next generation of mental health advocates and ensuring young people have a seat at the table to shape the future.

Diana has worked to support young people in a diverse range of settings throughout her career, including camps and after school programs, school systems, and community organizations. She is especially passionate about supporting youth and young adults in achieving their personal and professional goals, and her favorite thing is helping them work through challenges to build confidence in themselves and their abilities. Diana’s lived experience with mental health and the desire to ensure young people and their families have access to mental health support is what guided her to mental health advocacy work at NAMI.
