Nikki Rashes is the Director of NAMI Education Programs. She holds degrees in Social Work and Organizational Leadership, which she uses to further her work as a mental health advocate.  Nikki has dedicated over 19 years, both as a volunteer and a NAMI employee, to raising awareness and helping individuals, families and communities affected by mental health conditions.  Along with being certified to lead most of NAMI’s National Education Programs, she is also a Certified Recovery Support Specialist and Advanced Level WRAP Educator.
