In an ever-changing fundraising environment, creativity and resilience are essential. This session explores how nonprofit leaders can sustain and grow revenue when resources are stretched and donor behavior is shifting. Participants will gain practical tools for diversification, relationship-building, and authentic storytelling—along with insights into data-driven decision-making and flexible funding models. The conversation will also highlight real-world examples and NAMI’s turnkey peer-to-peer programs, NAMIWalks and NAMI Do-It-Your-Way, as scalable ways to expand reach, empower supporters, and build community-driven success.

By the end of this session, participants will:
