Participants will learn what fidelity means—preserving the core elements that make NAMI Support Groups effective—and how thoughtful flexibility can enhance accessibility and relevance without compromising impact. Through examples shared by NAMI Affiliates, we will highlight both successful enhancements and lessons learned from missteps.
